I have taken a personal interest in developing my skill set and providing services for those who have dedicated their lives to protecting this country and our personal freedoms. The horrors of war are something that will stay with you until the end of time and the goal is to minimize the impact so that you can get back to being you. Just like the police, I understand the needs of military personnel and their reluctance to seek and obtain help. This is an occupational hazard because of the stigma associated when one seeks professional services.

I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services which includes: depression, PTSD/ trauma, grief, substance abuse, and sleep disorders.  The services are offered in a comfortable and supportive atmosphere and are tailored to meet each client’s individual needs to help you regain your footing.
